T-Mould

 STEP 1 Cut grooves for the T-Mold.


QUALITY CAUTION
1.Test the centering of the groove on a scrap piece of 19mm panel.
2.Caution measure the panels thickness may vary 18 -20 mm.


STEP 2 Cut grooves for the T-Mold.

STEP 3 Mount the T-Mold

QUALITY CAUTION
1.If the T-mold width or panel width is not to expected tolerance, paint the edges with some black paint to hide and raw surface that might be visible after the mold is assembled.
2. A hot air gun can be used to widen the T-mold. Silver T-mold can be  damaged "optically imperfections to silver foil" by a hot air gun.



STEP 4  Cut the T-Mold

Cut the T-mold to enable bending:

STEP 5 Attach the T-Mould



QUALITY CAUTION
1. A hot air gun might be required to soften the T-Mould or straighten it.
