Work Flow:

Parts list:


STEP 01: Cut grooves for T- Mold.
Place pedestal side wall in portable work bench.
Chip board 19mm Black.


Use a T-Mold cutter (Ali-Express)


Cut grooves . running router once on top surface and then on bottom surface. 
This ensures the groove is centered.



STEP 02: Use a mallet to mount the T-mold.



STEP 03:  Fit the 2mm thick edge liner using a Hot air gun.

Glue the edge liner.

Use masking tape to hold in place.


STEP 04: Drill edge struts 22mm x 22mm



Use drill combined with countersinking tool.






STEP 5: Assemble wheels onto bottom floor.


STEP 6: Assemble the side walls and the top and bottom floors


STEP 07: Glue edge liners to front panel and front flap.



STEP 08 : Drill vertical struts.



STEP 09: mount vertical struts.


STEP 10: mount front panel then back panels.



STEP 11: glue additional edge strips 2 x 20mm



STEP 12: Glue thin edge tape ( one side sticky). remove srplus with knife.



STEP 12 : Cut and glue back panel.


STEP 13: Mount hinges with front flap.


STEP 14: 
Drill cable Holes on top floor. 
Drill air holes in back panel.
Add "Lego" disks to top floor.

 

STEP 15: 
Cut and assemble telescoping draw support for front flap.


 STEP 15: Add floors to inside of pedestal.






Minutes 

Edge line the Side walls

01. 40 min : Mount T-Mold on front edge of side walls .
02. 45 min : Glue and bend Flat edge onto all other edges .
03. 15 min : Cut all Struts for Pedestal and Drill .
04. 30 min : Assemble struts onto roof and floor of pedestal. assemble rollers.
05. 15 min : Drill struts for front wall and back wall.
06. 10 min : Assemble struts onto pedestal.
07. 15 min : Assemble front plate.
08. 20 min : Cut and glue back cover.
09. 30 min : Assemble Front flap with hinges.
10. 30 min : Drill vent holes on back cover, drill cable hole on top floor.
11. 45 min : Cut , drill and assemble Struts for two floors (shelves)  inside pedestal.
12. 30 min : Cut , drill and assemble telescope for front flap.

Total : 5 hours at SF20/h = SF 100
