STEP 1 

Unpack ordered wood:

STEP 2 

Prepare and drill struts.

QUALITY CAUTION

Countersinking both sides improves the fit between strut and panel surface.

Beware the length of screw is also lengthened by countersinking. Washers can be used to prevent screws penetrating too deaply.

STEP 3 

Circular cut holes on base of arcade bartop.

Circular cut holes on back cover.

STEP 4 

Cut panels to size.
Assemble Roof.

STEP 5

Mill lips into back cover panels.

The panels are fitted to enable removal of middle panel 

by sliding vertically out of the slots.

STEP 6

All parts are assembled to yield a BarTop as shown below.

Quality: the horizontal struts are responsible for stability of the housing.

STEP 7

Mount Keyboard and Monitor-frame bracket.
