P-Keyboard Cut

1 - Prepare required Material.

2 - Mark Keyboard for holes.

3- Cut Plexiglas to fit on top of Keyboard. 

4 - Mount Plexiglas onto top surface of keyboard.

Dril holes on plexi 20 mm x 20 mm away from corners with 3 mm drill.

Mill grove for T-Mould using the sandwiched Plexi and Chipboard pannel. 

 

5 -  Assemble the plexi + pannel sandwich.

6. Circular saw button holes. 

7. Circular saw button holes from both sides using drill guide.

8. Circular saw button holes without drill guide.  To efortlessly remove the cut plexi disks.

9. All panels ready for assembly of the keyboard.
