KeyBoard Cover

1- Trim  Plexi 500 x 500 to 500 x 495.

2-  Mark and measure Bending line, bending radius 20mm.

3 -  At bend radius mill 20 x 1.5 mm, bend radius has material 3mm-1.5 mm.
        

Caution: plexi can fracture if too thin.

4 -  Prepare bending jig using the keyboard housing as jig. 

5- Secure with screws to prevent movement while bending.

6- Bend with heat gun.

Caution: ensure enough room to perform full 90 deg bend.

7- Trim Edges flush with keyboard.

8- Keyboard with plexi.cover.
